VP New Product Introductions and Technical Services
Jamie leads all new product and technical transfer efforts for Pillar5. Jamie has been with Pillar5 in a variety of roles since its inception in 2009. He brings over two decades of expertise in quality, technical services, manufacturing operations, and customer management in both startup operations and big pharma.
Colin Giltrow
VP Operations
Colin leads Pillar5’s manufacturing, facilities, engineering, and materials management teams. He joined our team after a long career in big pharma, where he held a variety of roles around the globe. Colin brings over 30 years of experience running complex pharmaceutical manufacturing facilities in a variety of markets.
Jennifer Nicholson
Director Operational Excellence
Jenn is responsible for leading Pillar5’s overall OpEx efforts. She has been with Pillar5 since its inception in 2009 and has held a variety of roles, including being an integral member of our Quality Operations team. Jenn is a Certified Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt (MBB) and brings over 20 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
Jamal Kort
Director Quality Operations
Jamal leads Pillar5’s overall quality efforts. This includes all testing, lab, compliance, and quality systems. Prior to Pillar5, he held a variety of quality and development roles in the pharmaceutical industry. Jamal brings 25 years of experience as both a small business owner and a quality control professional.
Vince Cozzi, CPA, CGA
Director of Finance
Vince is responsible for Pillar5’s finance, accounting, and IT functions. He has been with Pillar5 since its inception in 2009. With CPA, CGA designation, Vince brings 25 years of finance experience in both big pharma and at the factory level.
Randy Baker
HR Director
Randy leads all Pillar5’s people activities. He joined Pillar5 after over 25 years in the technology sector. Randy’s focus has been on the creation and scaling of companies, spending his career with a variety of early stage, pre-IPO companies.
